Nine weeks flat after five months of steady loss, same dose, same routine, and I cannot tell whether to wait or change something.
What I am after is how to distinguish a genuine plateau from measurement noise and creeping intake, before changing anything.
Tell me what I have not thought of.

Plateau breaking story with a stall: I stalled at 200 lbs for 5 weeks. Tried everything — calorie cycling, increased exercise, more water. Nothing worked.
What finally broke the plateau: switching from evening to morning injection. Lost 11 lbs in the next 2 weeks. Plateaus are temporary — they always break if you stay consistent.

No disagreement with sarah.morrison. One condition attached. Genuine plateaus happen too, and the mechanism is metabolic adaptation plus a smaller body. A body 20kg lighter needs meaningfully fewer calories at rest and less to move, so the deficit that produced the first phase is arithmetically smaller now. The options are the honest ones — increase the deficit slightly, increase activity, or accept the new plateau — and escalating the dose is only one of them.
Ask again with the specifics and you will get a better answer than this one.

This matches mine closely enough to be worth saying so out loud. I had assumed I was the exception until I read this.
From the other side of the consultation, briefly. It helps to ask what evidence would change your mind before you look at any. If nothing would, the discussion is not about evidence, and it is better to say so early than to spend nine posts discovering it.
Amazing transformation! Starting at 287 lbs, I'm now at 162 lbs after 18 months on semaglutide 2.4mg/wk. These photos show my progress at months 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18. The body recomposition has been incredible — DEXA shows 23% body fat, down from 42%...
