Here's some historical price data for context:
QSC Semaglutide 5mg Price History:
- 2023: $15/vial
- Early 2024: $16/vial
- Late 2024: $17/vial
- 2025: $18/vial
- June 2026: $21/vial
So we've seen about $6 increase over 3 years, or roughly $2/year. That's about 10-12% annual inflation, which is high but not outrageous given the overall economic environment and specific input cost pressures.
For comparison, brand Ozempic price history:
- 2023: ~$900/month
- 2024: ~$950/month
- 2025: ~$1,000/month
- 2026: ~$1,100/month
Brand Ozempic has increased by about 7% annually. So yes, QSC's percentage increase is higher, but from a base that's 98% lower. The absolute gap continues to widen.

I just did a big order right before the price increase (luck, not planning) and got 30 vials at $18 each. That's about a 7-month supply at my current dose.
For anyone thinking about stocking up before potential future increases: lyophilized peptides stored properly (cool, dark, sealed) are stable for 2+ years. Buying a 6-month supply when prices are favorable is a smart strategy.
Just make sure to test a vial from each batch and you're good.

Good discussion everyone. My final take:
The price increase is real but the value proposition remains overwhelming. Even at $21/vial, QSC semaglutide is roughly 50x cheaper than brand Ozempic at retail.
If $3/vial is your dealbreaker, WWB at ~$23/vial is barely more and has equivalent testing data. GGPeps is pricier but you're paying for domestic shipping convenience.
The verified vendor ecosystem gives us options. Competition keeps everyone honest on both price AND quality. That's the system working as intended.
I'm staying with QSC. $3/vial doesn't move the needle for me. But I'll be watching the trend.

Thanks for flagging the price change. Updated the vendor pricing page in the wiki.
Reminder: always check the wiki for current pricing before ordering. Vendors occasionally adjust prices and the wiki is updated within 24-48 hours of confirmed changes.
No changes to QSC's verified vendor status — this is purely a pricing discussion. Their product quality and testing data remain exemplary.
